DDR5 New SPEC

1）Increased Data Rates  DDR5 is currently defined with data rates ranging from 3200 MT/s up to 6400 MT/s

2）Protocol Features -- DDR5 DIMMs feature two 40-bit (32 bits plus ECC) independent channels

a new default burst length of 16 (BL16) allows a single burst to access 64B of data (the typical CPU cache line size) using only one of the independent channels, or only half of the DIMM

3）Lower power. 1.1V and VR on the module (PMIC)
